Return Policy for Automatic ICE™ Systems Online Store

 

At Automatic ICE™ Systems, we take pride in providing high-quality industrial refrigeration parts. We want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines: 

  

1. Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. 

  

2. Eligibility for Return 

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions: 

·      The part is in its original, unused condition. 

·      The part is in its original packaging (if applicable). 

·      The part is not a custom or special-order item. 

·      The part has not been installed or used in any way. 

  

3. Non-Returnable Items  The following items are non-returnable: 

·      Custom or special-order parts. 

·      Items that have been installed, used, or altered. 

·      Products that are hazardous or contain refrigerants. 

 

4. How to Return an Item 

To start a return, please get in touch with our customer service team by email at info@automaticice.com within the return window. Please provide the following information: 

·      Order number 

·      Item(s) being returned 

·      Reason for the return 

·      Photos of the item (if damaged or defective) 

 

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address and any shipping instructions. 

  

5. Return Shipping Costs 

·      Generally speaking, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

·     In the event of a defective part or a shipping error, Automatic Ice will issue a call tag and cover the return freight

 

6. Refunds and Exchanges 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange: 

·      Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

·      Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability. 

  

7. Restocking Fee 

Products returned solely due to customer error may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

  

8. Warranty 

Product returns relating to manufacturers' warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable manufacturer's warranty and return policies. Please refer to the product documentation for specific warranty details or contact a customer service representative for more information.
